Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SkinSpirit website and services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Our services are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Services

SkinSpirit provides medical aesthetic treatments (administered by a registered nurse) and beauty therapy services. All treatments are subject to a consultation to assess suitability. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly.
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to accommodate subsequent appointments.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

5. Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of service or as required for specific treatments.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods supported by Square.
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

6. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Gift cards can be redeemed for any service or product at SkinSpirit.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Medical Aesthetic Treatments

• Injectable treatments are performed by a qualified, AHPRA-registered nurse.
• A thorough consultation is required before any injectable treatment. You must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and allergies.
• Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• You will be provided with aftercare instructions which must be followed for optimal results and safety.
• By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with medical aesthetic procedures.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinSpirit's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant treatment. This does not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or treatments performed by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SkinSpirit and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
