Does eye-area Thermage need different precautions?
Yes. Manufacturer information specifies an appropriate eye tip and protective eye shields; standard face tips should not be used over the eye. Ask how your eye area will be assessed and protected.

Will it remove all under-eye circles or bags?
No. Pigmentation, puffiness and anatomical shadows can have different causes. A tightening procedure should not be expected to correct them all; an individual eye-area assessment is important.
