Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website by visiting the Book Now page. Simply select your preferred service, practitioner, and time slot. You can also call us on 0403 666 339.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price, and no-shows will be charged the full fee.

What should I expect on my first visit?

On your first visit, we'll start with a thorough consultation to understand your goals and assess your skin. For injectable treatments, this includes reviewing your medical history. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any required forms.

Treatments & Aftercare

What treatments do you offer?

We offer a range of medical aesthetic treatments including cosmetic injectables (Botox, dermal fillers, lip enhancement, water light injections) performed by our registered nurse, as well as beauty therapies including HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling, LED therapy, and lash & brow services.

Is there any downtime after injectable treatments?

Most injectable treatments have minimal downtime. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising at injection sites, which typically resolves within a few days. We'll provide detailed aftercare instructions after your treatment.

How do I prepare for a facial treatment?

Avoid using retinoids or exfoliating products for 48 hours before your facial. Come with clean skin if possible. Let us know about any skin conditions, allergies, or products you're currently using.

How long do injectable results last?

Results vary by treatment: anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months, dermal fillers 6–18 months depending on the area and product used. Your practitioner will discuss expected longevity during your consultation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Square payment system. Payment is taken at the time of your appointment.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! We offer gift cards that can be purchased online through our website. Gift cards are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed for any service or product.

Are gift cards refundable?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Who performs the injectable treatments?

All injectable treatments are performed by Crystal, our AHPRA-registered nurse with over 8 years of experience in medical aesthetics. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney and advanced certifications in cosmetic injectables.

Who performs the beauty treatments?

Beauty treatments are performed by Rita, our experienced beauty therapist with 12 years in the industry. She holds a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Certificate in Dermal Science from TAFE NSW.

Do you offer consultations in languages other than English?

Yes, Crystal offers consultations in both English and Mandarin (普通话), ensuring all clients feel comfortable and fully informed about their treatments.
